LOOSELY cast on 23 sts.
Knit 2 rows.
Row 3: k4, yo, k2tog, k5, yo, k2tog, k5, yo, k2tog, k3.
Row 4: K4, purl to last 4 sts, k4.
Work rows 3 & 4 until total length is around 60".
Work to near the end of a ball of yarn.
Knit 2 rows.
Bind off LOOSELY.
