The beanie is worked in the round.
For the cuff loosely cast on 100 (105, 110) stitches* with round needle US 6.
* HINT: for a looser cuff and a tight hat, cast on 105 stitches and increase 15 stitches for the body!
Place marker if needed.
For the cuff (knit 3, purl 2) for about 2 inches.
After the cuf increase 20 (30, 25) stitches evenly, there are 120 (135, 135) stitches on the needle(s) after all increases are made.
Change to needles 4,5.
Knit pattern according to chart.
After round 51 is knit, cut off thread and pull through remaining stitches, weave in ends.
